Registration for the Monticello Youth Football Association is open to all members of the Monticello community and school district.
Any players attempting to register from outside of our community will need to fill out the Open Enrollment Form and Application located below prior to registration. Registrations from outside of our community will either be approved or denied at the discretion of the Board of Directors. A member of the Board will notify you of the decision prior to the registration deadline of 7/17/24 or as soon as possible.
If you do not already have a Sports Engine app/website account, you will need to create one to register. Sports Engine requires you to only register one player at a time. Players are required to register for the grade level they will attend in the fall of 2024.
2024 Registrations dates are as follows:
Online Registration May 1st - July 17th
You will be required to enter your registration online including jersey size and number preferences. If you need assistance with registration, please contact the league webmaster listed on the Board of Directors contact list.
Registration Fees are as follows for 2024:
2nd and 3rd grade: $175
4th - 6th grade: $250
7th and 8th grade: $295
Any registrations submitted between 7/20 and 7/31 will be considered late. Any late registrations will be subject to a $75 late registration fee. Any registrations after 7/31 will be strictly at the discretion of the Board of Directors and also subject to a $75 late registration fee.
Any child not in Monticello Public School District's boundaries or not currently enrolled in Monticello Public Schools must submit an Open Enrollment Request and Open Enrollment Application.
