Monticello Youth Football Association holds monthly board meetings, generally on the third Wednesday of each month. Active members in good standing of MYFA are welcome to attend board meetings. Meeting agendas are posted within seven days of each meeting. Public additions to the agenda follow procedures outlined in the MYFA Bylaws and can be submitted through the link below. President
Andrew joined the board in 2024 first as equipment manager and then became our secretary. In 2025 Andrew was elected President. Andrew's father-in-law, Jeff Houselog, helped form MYFA in the 1990s which made Andrew interested in giving back to our community. Andrew focuses on the association's organization, communication, and helping to strengthen our partnership with the high school program. Andrew will have an 8th grader in our association for 2025.
Vice President
Joe has spent the past three seasons as a head coach, pouring his passion into helping young athletes grow on and off the field. As he enters his fourth season as a head coach and with an athlete in the 2025 7th grade, he knew it was time to step up in a bigger way. That's why he joined the Monticello Youth Football Association in 2025 - to help expand opportunities, make football accessible to every player who wants to play, and ensure athletes always come first. He's excited to help grow this program and build something special for the community.

Doug is excited to join the Monticello Youth Football Program as the Secretary of the Board. With a passion for youth sports and a commitment to community involvement, Doug aims to help make youth football an enriching and enjoyable experience for all the kids in Monticello and surrounding areas.
As a parent of a son who has been playing football for several years, Doug understands the positive impact that sports can have on young athletes. He joined the board to contribute to the development and success of the program, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive through football.
In his role as Secretary, Doug will focus on maintaining clear communication, organizing board activities, and supporting the overall mission of the Monticello Youth Football Program.
Fundraising Coordinator
Damon began his involvement with the association in 2021 as a coach for the 2nd and 3rd-grade teams. His passion for the organization led him to join the board in 2023 as the 2nd and 3rd Grade Coordinator. When the younger age groups joined the association, Damon also took on the role of Sponsorship Coordinator. By 2025, he transitioned into the position of Fundraising Coordinator. Damon’s commitment to the association is driven by his desire to help improve the experience for youth athletes, ensuring they have the best possible opportunities to grow and succeed in football. Damon currently has a 6th grader in the association and looks forward to his other two children joining in the coming years.
Coaching Coordinator
Dan began his journey with the association in 2024 as a coach and joined the board as the coaching coordinator in 2025. His mission is to make football accessible and enjoyable for families, fostering an environment that supports both new and experienced players. As coaching coordinator Dan is committed to providing team coaches with the support and tools, they need to succeed. Dan has a 7th grader in our association.
League Rep
Tony joined the Monticello Youth Football Board in 2018 and has held the position of League Representative ever since. With strong relationships in the community, Tony has been instrumental in supporting the association in various ways. Having had two children come through the program, he is excited to see his youngest son begin his own football journey in the near future. Tony has also served as a varsity assistant coach since 2020, contributing his knowledge and passion for the sport.
Webmaster
Danielle joined the board in 2025 as webmaster. Danielle’s desire to join the board came from her passion for the community and her commitment to nurturing the potential of Monticello’s next generation. Not only did Danielle grow up in and graduate from Monticello but her husband and father-in-law both played Monticello football. Danielle currently has a 5th grader in our association.
Events Coordinator
Alison joined the board in 2024 as the Events Coordinator, driven by a desire to give back to her community. During her first year, she gained a deep appreciation for the dedication and passion that goes into the association. Alison has enjoyed being part of a team focused on creating a program that supports current and future football players, helping them learn and grow both on and off the field. Alison has a 5th grader in our association.
